Welcome to Trent-Severn Waterway Boaters from the
Trent Hills & District Chamber of Commerce!


Located along the core wall between locks 12 and 13, at Old Mill Park. Please register at the Information Centre at west core wall.
Look for the Red door.


Transient docking service
Keys will be provided for showers and washrooms, located on the west wall, once registered. West wall has 11- 30 amp and 3-15 amp service, potable water, a picnic area and Tourist Information Centre with free Internet access. East wall can accommodate 14 boats with 50 amp service, potable water and is within walking distance of downtown shops. We do not accept reservations, but please feel free to call ahead to check availability.

2007 Hours of Operation.
Hours of operation are the same as the Trent Severn Waterway.

Rates
East Wall - 50 amp service         $1.50per foot/ per night
West Wall - 15/30 amp service    $1.25 per foot/ per night
Without hydro        $1.00 per foot/per night

Please Note - the last lock for the prime time of the season (June 23 - September 4) is now 7 p.m. instead of 8 p.m. as it was in previous years. Please plan your trips accordingly.

At most locks, boaters must arrive at or before the last lockage time. At locks 11/12, 16/17, 20, and 21, boaters must arrive at least 15 minutes before the last lockage time. At swing bridges, the last bridge swing will be 20 minutes after the last lockage time.

  • Docking & Tourism Office - area maps, brochures & information
  • Old Mill Park - picnic tables, giant Two Dollar coin, and "Melodies at the Mill; concerts in the park every Wednesday in July and August 6:30pm to 8:30pm
  • Hike the Rotary Trail along the canal to the Ranney Gorge Suspension Bridge - connecting to Ferris Park walking trails
  • Walking distance to: downtown shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, ATM machine, pay phone, Military Museum, World's Finest Chocolate Outlet,movie theatre, pubs and restaurants.
